Shipping & returns

Order

  • All tables are carefully packed and shipped within a maximum of 14 days after ordering.
  • Shipping costs are €75 per order within the Netherlands and will be added to your total at checkout if you choose delivery. Local delivery within the Netherlands is €30.
  • Shipping costs are €125 for deliveries in Belgium and €200 for deliveries in Germany.
  • Collection is of course completely FREE.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with information about your order.

Dispatch

  • You will receive 48 hours' notice for the delivery of your table. This can be done by email or phone, depending on the contact information you provided.
  • On the day of delivery, you will receive a specific time at which the table will be delivered to you, so you can be well prepared.
  • Our delivery driver will ensure a safe and professional delivery of your table to the location you specify. To keep costs down for the customer, our delivery driver will always arrive alone. They will, of course, assist with carrying the table inside. We will let you know in advance what time the delivery driver will arrive so that assistance can be arranged in advance for carrying the table inside (if necessary). If you would like an additional delivery driver, please let us know. This can be arranged for an additional fee.

Return

  • Returns are free and must be completed within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If you wish to return a table, please contact us at info@blackwoodtafels.nl to request a return.
  • Please ensure the table is returned in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
  • After receipt and inspection of the returned table, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded when returning a product.

Please note: Treated or custom-made tables cannot be returned unless there is a defect or damage during transport. In that case, please contact us immediately and we will provide a suitable solution.
